2. Limited License and Use

Growfluence grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of this website.

  • Prohibited Actions: You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this website without express written consent from us.
  • Commercial Use: Any use of our proprietary SEO/AEO methodologies or LinkedIn Branding templates for commercial gain by third-party agencies is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of our Intellectual Property rights.

3. Client Work and Deliverables

For clients engaging in our LinkedIn Personal Branding and Content services:

  • Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, the copyright for the final customized content (ghostwritten posts, articles, and strategy playbooks) is transferred to the Client.
  • Retained Rights: Growfluence retains ownership of the underlying proprietary methods, research data, and “engine” used to create said deliverables. We also reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies, unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

4. Copyright Infringement Claims (Takedown Policy)

Growfluence respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our site, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site.
  4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

6. Enforcement and Remedies

Growfluence actively monitors the unauthorized use of its content. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages, against any individual or entity found to be in violation of this Copyright Policy. Unauthorized use may also lead to the immediate termination of your service agreement or website access.
