  • SEO & AEO: Search Engine Optimization and Answer Engine Optimization (optimizing for AI-driven search like ChatGPT and Perplexity).
  • Lead Generation: Strategic outreach and inbound lead systems through LinkedIn & Email.

2. Professional Engagement

  • Consultative Approach: We do not believe in one-size-fits-all templates. Our services are tailored to the specific professional identity and goals of the client.
  • Algorithm Compliance: We use 100% human-powered strategies and do not violate LinkedIn’s User Agreement or search engine guidelines.

3. Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best results, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely feedback on content drafts (ghostwriting) and strategy documents.
  • Grant necessary access to LinkedIn profiles or analytics tools required for service execution.
  • Ensure all information provided about their professional background and business is truthful and accurate.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of Deliverables: Once full payment is received, all custom content created for the Client (LinkedIn posts, articles, and strategy playbooks) becomes the property of the Client.
  • Company Rights: Growfluence reserves the right to showcase anonymized results, growth metrics, or public-facing testimonials as part of our portfolio and case studies, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties (SEO & Algorithms)

While we use industry-leading strategies to increase visibility:

  • Algorithm Shifts: We do not have control over the internal algorithms of LinkedIn, Google, or AI search engines. We cannot guarantee specific rankings or a fixed number of leads within a specific timeframe.
  • Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., account restrictions) if the Client engages in prohibited activities outside of our managed services.

6. Payments and Refund Policy

  • Service Fees: All project fees or monthly retainers are agreed upon in the Service Agreement prior to the start of work.
  • Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of our creative and strategic work, payments are non-refundable once the service period or project has commenced.

7. Confidentiality

Growfluence maintains strict confidentiality regarding the Client’s proprietary business data, lead lists, and unpublished personal information. We will not share your data with third parties without express consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Growfluence be liable for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our maximum liability for any dispute is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service in the month the issue occurred.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with [e.g., 30 days] written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
